According to the manufacturer, whole-home reverse osmosis can reduce up to 99% of specified contaminants under applicable conditions. The manufacturer's product information specifically identifies PFAS “forever chemicals,” microplastics, pharmaceuticals, insecticides, pesticides, other chemicals, heavy metals, organics and additional pollutants as treatment targets.

WHOLE-HOME HIGH-PURITY WATER
The system is not simply one piece of equipment. It is a complete treatment pathway that may combine source-specific pretreatment, water softening where required, reverse osmosis membrane treatment, high-purity water storage, repressurization and final neutralization before the treated water is distributed throughout the home.

SIX STEPS TO HIGH-PURITY WATER
These six stages reflect the manufacturer's recommended whole-home reverse osmosis treatment sequence.
A water analysis determines whether additional pretreatment is needed before reverse osmosis. Pretreatment helps address source-water conditions and protect the TFC (Thin Film Composite) high-purity RO membranes to support longer membrane life.
Where the water analysis shows hardness treatment is required, a water softener may be incorporated ahead of the RO system. Reducing hardness helps protect the high-purity RO membranes and downstream equipment.
The reverse osmosis stage is designed to reduce dissolved solids and a broad range of chemicals, heavy metals and organics, producing high-purity water for whole-home use.
Treated water is stored in a properly sized holding tank. Storage allows the system to maintain a reserve of high-purity water so household peak-demand requirements can be met.
A dedicated repressurization pump moves treated water from the holding tank back into the home's plumbing system and provides usable household pressure and flow on demand.
A pH-balancing neutralizing filter is used after reverse osmosis where required. This post-treatment stage adjusts finished-water characteristics before distribution throughout the home.
Every whole-house RO installation should begin with a water analysis. The incoming water chemistry determines the pretreatment required to protect the reverse osmosis membranes and address source-water conditions before the high-purity treatment stage.
Once pretreatment is established, the reverse osmosis system reduces dissolved solids and other specified contaminants. The treated water then moves into a storage tank, because whole-home demand can exceed the instantaneous production rate of the RO membranes.
A repressurization pump supplies the stored high-purity water to the home at usable pressure. Where appropriate, a final neutralization stage is installed downstream of the RO system to balance finished-water characteristics before distribution.
Final pretreatment equipment, RO capacity, membrane configuration, storage volume, pump selection and post-treatment are determined during system design.
Municipal water, private well water and lake/cottage water can all be evaluated for a whole-house RO treatment pathway.
Equipment sizing depends on water analysis, incoming pressure, daily consumption, number of occupants, fixtures, peak flow requirements and available installation space.
High-purity water storage and repressurization are integral parts of a whole-house RO system and must be sized for the home's expected demand.
The manufacturer states a 5-year unlimited warranty for the whole-home reverse osmosis system, subject to the manufacturer's terms, conditions and exclusions.
